7 New Deaths, 56 Additional Cases of COVID-19 Reported in Afghanistan

Kabul (BNA) Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) today reported 56 new positive cases of COVID-19 in Afghanistan in the last 24 hours.
According to BNA report, the ministry also reported seven people lost their lives due to coronavirus and 181 patients recovered within the last 24 hours.
With this, the total cases are now 37,162 the total reported deaths are 1,328 and total recoveries are 26,228 in Afghanistan.
Officials in Ministry of Public Health reported that 9,782 active cases of COVID-19 among patients at under their care as Sunday morning in Afghanistan.
It is mentionable that until now 96,203 samples of coronavirus has been tested in laboratories of the ministry across the country, the officials added.
