More than 20,600 Kyrgyz citizens brought home from abroad since start of pandemic

AKIPRESS.COM – 20,638 Kyrgyz citizens have returned home by planes and ground transport since the beginning of coronavirus pandemic, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Nuran Niyazaliyev said.

Kyrgyzstanis returned from Russia, China, Turkey, Korea, Saudi Arabia, India, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Iran, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Cambodia, Ukraine, Hungary, Latvia, France and other countries.

Kyrgyz citizens were airlifted from Moscow, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Istanbul, Dubai, New Deli, Washington in July.

Several chartered flights will be organized on July 7.

Additional chartered flights from Moscow, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Istanbul, Minsk and Dubai will be organized in nearest future.
