Department of State arranges chartered flight for U.S. citizens and permanent residents from Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM – The Department of State has arranged a special chartered flight for U.S. citizens and U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents departing April 12 from Manas International Airport.

Exact departure time and routing are subject to change. The anticipated routing is Bishkek-Dushanbe-Kabul-Dubai-Bujumbura-Bangui-Washington Dulles International Airport, the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek said.

All passengers will need to reimburse the U.S. Government for the flight, and a promissory note for approximately $1,725 for adults and $1,362 for children must be signed before boarding. No cash or credit card payments will be accepted.
